FAQ/Shipping & Return Policy

We’re excited to offer Free Shipping on all Print-on-Demand (POD) orders of $40 or more within the U.S.

How it works:

  • Eligible items include products fulfilled by our POD partners (Printful/Printify). These items will clearly state “POD” or “Made to Order” in their descriptions (or check out the POD collection in the menu!)

  • Once your cart total reaches $40 or more (before taxes and discounts), you’ll automatically see Free Shipping at checkout.

  • POD items may ship separately if you order multiple products.

  • Affiliate products (such as books fulfilled by Bookshop.org or Amazon) are not included in the free shipping promotion and will calculate their own shipping at checkout.

We keep our pricing fair so you get the best deal possible while supporting small creators and publishers. If you have any questions about shipping, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

 

Returns

Each product is printed specifically for you the moment your order is placed. Because everything is made-to-order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. No shady swaps. No witness protection for wrong sizes.

If your item arrives damaged

Send your evidence to:

Within 7 days, include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos

  • A short description

We’ll replace the item faster than a detective chasing a lead.

Wrong Address

If the address you entered at checkout is incorrect, the order may be lost to the void. We can’t recover or reship those.

Canceling an Order

Orders can only be canceled before printing begins. Once production starts, the gears are in motion and the case cannot be pulled.

Q: Can I combine free shipping and a coupon?

A: Yes! Whether you're using the welcome discount or another promotion, free shipping is available to combine with other offers.

Q: Which items qualify for free shipping?
A: Any item marked as a Print-on-Demand (POD) product qualifies. This includes merch like shirts, mugs, and custom designs fulfilled through our POD partners.

Q: Do books qualify for free shipping?
A: Books purchased through Bookshop.org, Amazon, or other affiliate platforms are shipped separately and are not eligible for our free shipping offer.

Q: Can I combine POD and non-POD items in one order?
A: No. Affiliate purchases are processed off-site through Bookshop.org or Amazon, so they can’t be added to your store cart.

Q: Is free shipping available outside the U.S.?
A: At this time, our free shipping promotion applies only to U.S. orders. International shipping will come at a later date as we do not currently ship internationally.

Q: How long does shipping take for POD products?
A: Print-on-Demand items are made to order, so production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Delivery time depends on your location but is usually 5–10 business days after fulfillment.
